About Mensheds Australia Ltd

Mensheds Australia Ltd is a not for profit company limited by guarantee.

The guarantors are the member state associations who “own” and control Mensheds Australia.

MSA is thus the national body representing state organisations of Men’s Sheds in Australia.

The organisation’s finances are audited every year.

MSA is governed by a detailed constitution that protects the role of the state associations as owners of MSA.

Under provisions for direct election of the President it also gives individual Shedders a direct voice.

MSA is run by a Board which represents the State Association members and a minority of “external” directors appointed for their individual expertise.
